8 year UV warranty
The walls of the pots are made of the highest quality double-layered (coextrusion process) HDPE plastic (materials used for stadium seats, playgroud pros, IBC containers, irrigation laterals…) with the maximum possible anti-UV treatment (5%) which guarantees very long service life (expected service life is over 12 years). The inner black layer is extruded from recycled materials (mainly factory waste from the automotive and irrigation pipe industries). The outer layer (white, green,…) is extruded from the original (virgin) HDPE granulate with the addition of anti UV additives. The final production process is the thermoforming of the co-extruded film, which gives the characteristic relief shape of the wall.
The slatted bottom is produced by the injection process of PP recycled regranulate (mainly factory waste from the automotive industry).
The screws are made of polyamide (PA6) with glass fibers, they are characterized by high strenght and durability
